A Developer Addresses Vacant Properties and Grocery Store in Marietta: A local developer addressed questions about vacant properties, a potential grocery store and its vision for downtown at a public meeting this week. The meeting was held at the Marietta History Center and brought together roughly 70 residents to vent their fears, voice hopes and hear from Bridger Properties, which owns more than four acres of downtown real estate.
